When you come into one of our shops, you will…

1. Speak directly to an Apple Certified Technician, who will ask you to explain you Mac's symptoms.
2. They will discuss the likely root of the problem and the ways it can be resolved. If possible, you will be given a quote for the required work, as well as an explanation of the problem sans techspeak.
3. If a more detailed examination of the computer is needed, this will be done on the same day¹. You will be called with the results, and given a no obligation estimate detailing the specific problem, cost and time required to resolve it.

Repairs can often be completed the same day, and you don't need to make an appointment as all customers are seen on a first-come first-served basis.
